Welcome to Adnovet, a women's fashion brand operated by Midtux LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of adnovet.com (the "Site") and the products and services offered through it (the "Service"). By browsing, registering an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your State or Territory, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Australian law. Persons under this age may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Online Store and Product Information

Adnovet sells women's fashion apparel and related accessories. We make every effort to display product colours, fabrics, measurements, and details accurately. However, screen rendering varies between devices and slight differences between the website image and the physical garment may occur. Such variations do not constitute a defect under our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Size Guide Disclaimer

Each product page includes a Size Guide with measurements specific to that garment. Sizing standards differ between brands, fabrics, and cuts. Customers are responsible for reviewing the Size Guide before placing an order. Returns due to fit are processed under our standard 30-day change-of-mind policy and require items to meet the condition criteria set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Pricing and Currency

All prices on adnovet.com are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay.

5. Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Midtux LLC reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Pricing or inventory errors
• Inability to verify customer information
• Stock unavailability

If we cancel an order, you will be notified and refunded in full to your original payment method.

6. Account Information

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on adnovet.com including the Adnovet name, logo, product photography, garment designs, written content, and visual identity  is the property of Midtux LLC or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site or its content to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Engage in fraud, phishing, or unauthorised data collection
• Harass, abuse, or harm any person or group
• Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site

Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action.

9. User Submissions

Any reviews, comments, or content you submit to the Site must be lawful, truthful, and free of defamatory, obscene, or infringing material. 11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, the Site and Service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except for the consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Midtux LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Midtux LLC, its directors, employees, and partners from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of South Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms. Sections concerning intellectual property, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Midtux LLC regarding your use of the Service.
