Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only 🇦🇺

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across Australia. No minimum order value, no hidden fees.

Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (AEST), Monday to Friday begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends begin processing the next working day.

Handling Time

1–4 working days (Monday to Friday)

Transit Time

6–8 working days (Monday to Friday)

Total Delivery Time

7–12 working days from order date

These are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier volumes or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped by post directly to your delivery address. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. Adnovet cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@adnovet.com.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification card. If the item is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Missing or Damaged Orders

Contact us at info@adnovet.com with your order number and a photo if applicable. We will investigate and resolve promptly.
